Tried to schedule a second opinion check, then an estimate if not fixable. Regular receptionist not there. Lady owner answered. Hostile and wouldn’t schedule an appointment. She should not be answering the phones. Don’t know what her problem is.

After not having heat or ac for some time now it feels amazing to come home to a nice toasty warm house!! I wanna say a big thank you to Amanda Kerhlikar and the rest of the staff at McIntire HVAC & Electric for coming out right away for estimates when called and quickly getting us in to replace our whole system in just one day ! My husband and I are very satisfied with our choice to go with you all and recommend this company for anybody who has HVAC needs !!
Had our first experience with McIntire today and could not be happier. The service tech was early a big plus, did a complete diagnostic and recommended we do minimal service as that was what was needed. No up sale just what was required. Very impressed with professionalism and quick service. Will be using them going forward.

The BEST customer service! I called and the woman who answered the phone was amazing! She not only got me to laugh at my current situation, she also had a technician at my house within a half hour! (I got lucky with the tech being slightly ahead of schedule and super close Ronny house BUT it was the EFFORT that counted!!!) She went above and beyond to get me help! Thank you! Highly recommend!

Very happy with my experince with McIntire. Sean Gregg was excellent to deal with. He found the problem right away and had our ac up and running. He seems to really care about the customer and what he does.
