I had contacted McIntire HVAC to dispatch a technician due to my six-year old TRANE HVAC not functioning properly. Cassandra was absolutely FABULOUS to work with, dispatching a technician the same morning I called in order to get the issue resolved quickly. I am only somewhat discontent in that my TRANE HVAC malfunctioned after only six-years and it is still under manufacturer warranty. Like the old saying goes, "It's hard to stop a TRANE !!"
