I rarely write reviews like this, but this experience was too egregious to ignore. I had a simple issue with an outdoor spigot (image provided) that ultimately required nothing more than replacing a tiny O-ring (Image provided) — a part that costs literally pennies. The technician who came out was courteous, professional, and efficient. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in a total of 41 minutes. No complaints whatsoever about his conduct or competence. I purchased a Heat pump in November that did not work as the installers screwed up the installation as they reversed the wires and my brother in law Griff who purchased a heat pump a week later had the same problems as they had everyone in the office come to our houses to fix and they could not figure out why the two heat pumps did not work so I called Christian HVAC and they told me on both systems the heat kit was connected wrong so I had to call another company to fix so Christian told me that Mchale's just started doing ... read more

Amazing..called McHale's for a sewer inspection to sell my home. Spoke with Clair and Sheila, both were more than helpful with setting up my appt. Beau inspected and found a break. Patiently explained the process and was able to schedule the work required. The day the work was to be done we had a family emergency, I called McHale's and was told not to worry everything will be taken care of.
