Was my first and last time I call this people with poor customer service employees, I call to see if they can take I look on my car and this nasty girl from the service department raise her voice to me because I make the huge mistake to don't understand waht she means with the question she ask me , Volvo make a big effort to make one of the best cars out there you guys should do the same hire professional people who give a good customer service not a low class personal
Don't count on these clowns to honor their warranties when your Volvo catches fire. Is there anything lower than one star.
Volvo of Fort Myers makes buying the car so easy and so enjoyable. They treat you like royalty. I have been back twice for service work and they are so nice to you make you very comfortable and very appreciated I love Volvo of Fort Myers.

Great place to do business. I really don't enjoy buying cars anymore because of the hassles and typical run around, however this car buying experience was as pleasant as it gets. John Becker was a pleasure to work with. Ask for him!
I just love my new Xc60. The staff at Volvo Cars of Fort Myers were the best. My sales rep John Becker, finance manager Kirk and sales manager Doug all worked to make this experience the quickest and easiest new car purchase I have ever made.
THIS WAS THE POOREST TREATMENT I EVER RECEIVED IN TRYING TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE. THEIR USED CAR MANAGER WAS RUDE, IINSULTING AND ARGUMENTATIVE. EITHER POOR MANAGEMENT OR THEY DO NOT CARE. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE.
Wonderful customer service, they even drove me to a nearby mall to have lunch etc..while I waited for my car to be services Thank you!!!
