Very very unprofessional staff there, just had a interview with Troy Hancock and some other guy forgot his name. Most unprofessional and a awkward interview I ever had in my life! Asking me personal questions about my life asking if I have a wife and kids witch is illegal to do! Unprofessional. I have appointment with them. I and my dad drove up there for 1 hour. By the time I get there someone show up first and then take the vehicle I want ?? So why we have to appointment ?. Don’t waste your time this dealer
It was been one week now since I sent a complaint email to the General Manager with no response. I guess their problem start at the top! I have been a loyal Volvo customer since 2002. Have owned 4 Volvo’s in that time and I never had a complaint until I went to MGrath Volvo. No integrity.
Totally professional and courteous help. The cars are dreamy.
