I went into Volvo this week to purchase a used 2019 Ram Laramie. I worked with David from the sales department. I was very impressed about the attention to detail and caution around the current sanitation process. They were able to accommodate my sanitation requests and made it very easy to get the paperwork done safely. This dealership is following the CDC guidelines and is open for business. Highly recommend !!!
My boyfriend and I drove down to Fort Meyers from Jacksonville. I had been searching for a Mercedes Benz C400 which are hard to come by. The week before we drove down to Miami and all we got were scams. We were pretty burnt out but after my boyfriend found this one he immediately contacted the dealership while I was at work. bought a 2008 used Volvo S 40 from this dealership with 30,000 miles very end of April 2018 for $11,000 / put 4000 miles on it following season after a $265.00 oil change & tune up when vehicle died /repairs now recommended were new fuel pump/new timing belt /and then new engine/clearly car not worth investing another $7000. ++ /deaership gave me $1500 for wrecker parts/ now get a weekly reminder with text and phone calls that my parts are in???seems likely that someone in this dealership knew this car should probably have n... read more
insist on taking the preowned vehicles for diagnostic check before buying. Paid cash for a Car, given a 90 day vs warrantee that covers nothing, in under weeks paid $2100 out for Rotars, bearings, breaks, now another $288 for a part needed to get check engine light in line. Not right!
I’ve bought five cars from them over time and their sales stars are fantastic! Love this place because they are not overrun with other customers, so you really get the personal treatment. Also, Jackie in the service department is the best!

My fiancé just left an interview with Troy and not only did Troy illegally ask questions about my fiancé’s home life and ask if he was married and if he had children, but then made jokes about my fiancé’s past .
