I was dreading finding a buyer for my car. I took it to several local places and Brandon Doucette by far exceeded the others in professionalism, customer service, friendliness, and price paid for my car. We made a deal the same day and I was paid in full on the spot. I can’t say enough about how great Brandon and McGrath Volvo was to deal with. He even arranged for their courtesy car to give me a ride home. They are a great locally owned business and I’ll definitely go here any time I want to buy or sell a vehicle.
RecommendedRandy Eilert and Rocky Rycenga helped us with our purchase. They were very helpful and patient with us as we inspected and test drove the perspective vehicle. Although our purchase was a big deal to us, it was modest in perspective but Randy and Rocky never made us feel anything but first class! A special touch was flowers for the wife, I had never had a dealership do that it was very nice and thoughtful. I have a 2017 V60 and the driver’s seat belt would not click in place so I made an appointment for Friday, Ap 6. I waited over an hour to be told they had to order a new seat belt and could put it in on Monday. I arrived at my appointment at 9 am and nearly 2 hours later am still waiting in the most uncomfortable waiting area I have ever seen.
