Treated like less than because I don't have great credit. I was told before I drove the ridiculous distance that I was approved and they could work with any down payment and the lies went on and on. Upon arriving I was "too early" the lady i had the appointment with wasn't even in the debuque office. Dave Pierson was great. I told him what i was looking for and he showed me a few cars and i ended up leaving the lot with my 2nd choice. Very funny guy!
They didn't just make the deal for me , they made it for my family. I walked in and talked to Nicholas Lange and he immediately took the pressure off of me by actually listening to my situation. Where everywhere else failed he got me into a reliable vehicle within my budget and I can't thank him or McGrath Volkswagon enough. This will be the only place I go to get any vehicle in the future.
