I recently purchased a Mazda 3. After having it a week and a little over the 150 mile limited warranty it started acting up. I called Mark Schuster expecting him to tell me I was out of luck. Instead he came immediately with a loaner for me to drive while they fixed up my car, no cost to me! I couldn't recommend McGrath of Dubuque more and look forward to working with them again.
I had an amazing overall experience purchasing a vehicle from McGrath. My sales associate, Jamie, was incredible and really listened to the needs I had. I cannot believe how seamless is was to purchase my first car. I would recommend anyone who wants a very personable and easy purchase, to visit McGrath. Michelle was amazing to work with, she didn't give up she was honest, patient, understanding, and compassionate. Michelle took her time and worked hard to get me into my 2014 Chevy Equinox which I love. I would recommend McGrath of Dubuque to anyone and highly recommend Michelle to help you with your need!!!!!

Started out as a good experience even though we was there for almost 7 . that's a long time but in the end they worked very hard to get us in a mini van that had low miles and at the price we could afford. we are pleased overall with the experience. the reason 4 stars and not 5 was because of the long day we spent there. yes I will recommend Greg Blackshire to all I meet that wants a good car. in the end the experience was good in spite of the long day.

My wife and I purchased two vehicles within 5 days of each other (unplanned) through McGrath! Both times we worked with Mark Schuster and Trevor Roling and both times they stayed later then they were open until. We felt bad keeping them there late, especially on a Friday, but they didn't make us feel bad or rushed with our experience and I am very happy with my 2005 GMC Canyon and my wife loves her 2014 Chevy Equinox. We have already recommended McGrath and Mark to a few of our friends!
