Bunch of ripe off is what they are my car wasn't work no 12,000 dollars a lot of problems with my car to didnt even have good tires on it and the fact that they didn't tell me there was a recall on my 2011 Ford Fusion will not buy from here again. But there customer service was good nice people

We came in today with a bad buying experience. The entire staff of McGrath did an outstanding job of correcting our problems. There was money lost on both sides, but I appreciated the effort to make the problem better. The service department is both honest and accommodating. The sales and financing department worked tirelessly to make sure my husband and I were satisfied in an impossible situation. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding!!

I had the best experience here, Eric Winsor made every minute of the day a good one. He made sure that I drove away with the vehicle that I really wanted and at the price I wanted. He told me this is my decision and it had to be one that I was happy and comfortable with and to not settle for something I didn't truly want. I will return here for all me and my families car needs. This place is a joke I will never step foot into this place again thought it was great at first bought a car had problems with brakes 2 days after driving it off lot been there 3 times for same problem was told they were brand new when bought it but they were never replaced they we inspected I guess they will do anything to see a car

Recently purchased a new VW Passat from Jamie Banfield at McGrath VW in Dubuque. LOVE the Passat and Jamie was a great salesman to work with. These folks treated me like family from the minute I walked in the door. Michelle listened to my needs and shared them with the team. They all stayed late to finish the deal and none of them looked perturbed to be held late. Each and every person involved seemed happy to be there.
