This dealer is anything but ethical. Ad says 33k sales person try’s to sell it for 38k. The extras add on of over 4k (alarms ,paint protection and tracking and insert BS here) we already at 42k add taxes and fees 45k. How did we go from 33k ad to 45k that fast. I finally asked them to break it down in writing… then they switch up a sales person try’s who came to bore me to death with some sales pitch… walked out of it in the middle of him talking. Bought my truck from here recently, gave practically nothing for my trade-in because of the damage and then went around and put it up for near $7k more with the damage still there. The salesman was pretty nice and patient but the finance person treated me like my money and I aren’t good enough for a minute of his time. You’d think a $30,000 purchase would at least buy a decent mood but I guess not. Otherwise, experience was pretty good and truck has no issues so far. Have yet to see if the service department is crap or not.
Would give 5 stars but they need to improve their approval process/policies for people who have a long trip to their dealership. (Out of town/county/state). Run their credit to ensure they can get the vehicle which they inquired about so they don't waste their time driving in. Other than that, great people, friendly and nice. Will consider using again in the future.

Jeremy was responsive, and worked within our budget to get us the vehicle we wanted. They were upfront about the used vehicle’s condition and some of the repairs that were required, but for a 15 year old vehicle I was pleased with my purchase.

They contacted us back. We drove 2 hours to check the car out. We were ready to buy and there was an unadvertised $499 addition to the cost that priced us out of the vehicle. All fees and add ons should be shown ahead of time. it would have saved us a trip.
The dealer stayed in contact with me regarding the vehicle.
Great buying experience. A good deal and a friendly, fair, and forthright transaction I would buy from them again.
