Terrible, terrible, terrible!! Got me in via internet saying they had a sale. Don't believe them because they will not honor this sale price. The sales guy was nice but Laurie, the finance girl will stick it to you and play games with the numbers and it ends up, with her price, no sale. I WON"T go back there again ...
I had an appointment to see the vehicle for Sat 1/5/12; Bernardi called to confirm that I still wanted to see the car; I told them I did and assked if the car was still available. They replied that it was af ter drove 35 miles to get there. When I got there no one knew anything about it and the car was ultimately not available. This was just a ruse just to get me into the dealership. They wasted 3 hours of my time!
Great dealing with Derrell, senior sales consultant and did get a fair deal on the exact vehicle I went there for. I would recommend anyone to ask for him. Issue came from the Finance Manager who needs to have better respect when dealing with customers.
