It's dealerships like this one that give the industry at large a negative reputation. We made an hour-long trip to test drive a certified pre-owned vehicle the day after I had spoken in length with a sales person to confirm the price, availability, our trade-in, etc. The test drive was great and we were looking forward to getting a deal done. Armani was very pleasant He answered all my questions and explain everything took this time with me on the phone didn't pressure me at all.
Drove 45 minutes each way I was told the car was ready to be seen they said all reconditioned when I got there they could not find the car when they did it wasn’t reconditioned and they said they have to replace the drivers door mirror wasted my time
Price is about 6k too high. I would snap it up in a heart beat for $21-23k. Dealership seems nice and does have enough information for an inquiry. It is just the price is a bit steep for a used car.
