I got a tahoe there it didn't have a 2nd key so they said they would order one. finally got the message saying its in. got a appointment to get it programed they just gave me the beeper not the key. called told them they said to come back Monday-friday anytime they would get the key. go in kn Monday just for them to tell me that they didn't have the person who programs it in today 😡🤬

I just want to say thanks for the great service I received there today. I was coming from Flemingsburg going to Marion IN this morning and past Lewisburg the lights come on my 2019 Equinox that I had low tire pressure. I stopped at McFarlands and the service department was so helpful and had me back on the road in a matter of minutes. Great customer service!!
