Miguel is good at what he does and patient to explain what best practices are for efficiency and keeping the two units we have running smooth and clean. Just met him doing a service and deep clean last year, and was happy to see it was him to come service the units again to make sure they are gonna hold up for the heat thats’s coming. Miguel feels like family to me and is a great service technician! Super nice and patient with all my questions. Thank you Miguel

Our furnace stopped working a few days ago and our neighbors had recommended McDowell and Son. I texted them early this morning and they responded right away. I had a phone call from them by 8:30 and a technician was able to come out this afternoon. We were very pleased with our service. Jairo was very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. He went above and beyond and even helped us check our old warranty. We signed up for their semi annual maintenance program which we think is a great deal. Highly recommend
