My husband and I recently became patients at McDonough Family Eye Care and we couldn't be more pleased! The staff is friendly and welcoming, professional and attentive. Our wait was short and our exam was thorough. We saw Dr. Brenda and she was awesome! We met Dr. Scott and he's great, too. They have an extensive and excellent selection of frames! Everyone in my family loves the Drs. Werner!!! We have been coming here for 5 years. We always receive the best customer service whether it is for an appointment, picking out glasses or picking up contacts. We have never had to wait for anything - your appointment time is when they see you! Keep up the good work!!!

WOW!!! this is some crappy customer service...I can get his glasses elsewhere with better service...Been standing here for 30 minutes waiting to pay...I arrived to pick my son up from his appointment and make a payment if needed. My son had no clue where his sales associate went off to, was given no instruction or a receipt of any sort. We stood around waiting to be told anything for 30 minutes. This is a family owned business . I have seen the wife about 4 times she is great and keeps my PCP informed of any changes . The staff is well informed and a great help .
