Great, fast service. Glasses are to good..see a lot more dust
Worst customer service experience ever. Was just trying to get my son glasses -we already had an RX. The employee was extremely rude and wouldn’t help us with making an appointment. Would not recommend.

Louisburg, NC. Last visit ever to this location. I’ve been a customer at this location prior to it being swallowed up by the My Eye Doctor franchise. I requested new lenses in existing frames which were previously purchased at this business just over a year ago. Simple request, right? Not even close. First I was asked if I had an appointment. I did not. Second, I replied that I do not want an exam, just replacement lenses which by the way, they had done for me previously. They informed me they couldn’t do that without an app... read more
