We loved this place! I took my son in and got his eyes checked and they were so good with him ! We couldn’t find a pair of glasses he liked but the tech that helped us went and found the perfect pair for him!!
I regret going there. Without proper explanation of what was supposed to be a "deal", they added lense options that were "recommended by the doctor" but which the employee I was working with later explained "they are offered to everyone..." (not medically necessary for me). Because of these options, my glasses were terribly wrong after waiting 3 weeks to come in. I haven’t had my eyes checked in almost 6 years. I moved back to Georgia and needed a new exam and new glasses so I had to find a new place to go. As soon as I walked in I fell in love because it was as if you went to a nice spa, but for your eyes. Everyone was extremely nice, the facility was so clean, and the variety of options was on the verge of overwhelming to make just one choice on frames. I love it!
We have been going to McDonough Family Eye Care for several years and we have always had exceptional service. My daughter has been through more pairs of glasses than I can count and Felicia has been wonderful to work with. On my most recent visit, I was given the dreaded news, I needed bifocals. UGH! Excellent customer service. Great selection of products. We were greeted and taken cars of the entire time we were there even with our 1 toddlers running around like crazy. We were given suggestions on the best plans to use with insurance or possible other options. I would definitely recommend.
I recently went in to have my glasses repaired and ended up buying a second pair! My Optician, Cassandra was so helpful. She showed me different frames and was patient when I had a hard time deciding which pair to buy. I just love this place, my whole family are patrons of McDonough Family Eye Care!!!
