My husband came into the office for eye irritation. His eye was swabbed to remove debris and he was given a prescription. He was charged for an office visit. Days went by and his eye was still bothering him. He came back to the office and his eye was scraped to remove debris.This time he was charged for another office visit and a debris removal fee. Everyone is efficient, friendly, and accommodates your needs very well. I did not navigate the online scheduler cery well and only made one appointment for myself, but was using it for my son who would be leaving for college the very next day. Upon check in they asked I wanted to be seen as well and when I said is that possible they made it happen. That made my day!! I love it there!!

It’s been a few years since I went here and was going to another eye doctor in McDonough. I decided to go back to McDonough family eye care for my current visit. The place has changed, but for the better. It was very professional and the people and doctor was very easy to work with with my contact exam. The doctor explained everything and listens to my concerns as well. It was a very stress free experience and I will be returning for my future eye needs.
Absolutely loved this place!! Excellent customer service!!
