Very friendly and professional, that's how I would describe my recent trip to your offices. I needed a through eye examination and I wasn't disappointed. Thank you to everyone that I interacted with today, you all made me feel like a long time patient!

I was stranded in McDonough on my way to a professional conference, and I damaged my contacts. I received terrible customer service. The office manager was officious and refused to accept a current, faxed prescription from my optometrist. I went across the street and Wal-Mart was happy to help!

I have gone here for Years..but now it seems to nickel n dime You..had 2 calls bout $$ b/4 I cud get to My appt..I like the Dr..but way too expensive for Us w/out Insurance..I found better elsewhere ..

So worth the 40 minute drive it takes me to get here. Our first visit was for my son who needed glasses, but hated the thought of having to wear them. Their selection is by far the best I've seen for kids especially boys. I've been here twice now and both my kids have come. We've never really had to wait and prices have been very reasonable. I highly recommend McDonough Family Eye Center.

My Teen is color "blind" - technically deficient. He was diagnosed at 5. I've done a lot of research over the years just to see and understand his deficiency or how he sees. I've expressed this many times over the years to different eye care facilities and really didn't get any assistance or better understanding. It was time for a change so I switched facilities and today I expressed my concern in not understanding what my son sees. Let me say the staff is great. However, as soon as I walked in the door I was hit by a wall of glade sent that was so overwhelming that it triggered a migraine and my nose was burning and eyes watering. This is not good for people who suffer with asthma and/or migraines. I work in the health field and we never have our employees wearing perfumes or any type of air freshener in our healthcare facilities. That is the reason for the 3stars.
