I used my rewards points to order a large caramel frappe they gave me a medium and refused to give me the large I ordered.
Now the worst Location around since they removed the drink station, napkins, and ketchup. There is constant confusion, frustration, and anger. You wait FOREVER to get a refill while your food sits with the flies. Everyone cuts to the front of the line demanding napkins and refills. You constantly hear beeping in the lobby , the whole place is chaotic since the remodel . Terrible smh , I used to really like this location but I won't be returning . It's good for a 24 hour drive through though
Horrible service, poor, extremely, door dash service. There is barely any customer service. They either lose orders or don't require some dd orders to be confirmed. Been there 4 times in 1 week where did orders were already taken w/o being confirmed. Really bad service.
