This was one of the most ridiculous (unsuccessful) attempts to get food in my life. Finally left after an hour without getting our food. I get that they were slammed and some things are out of their control, but don't repeatedly tell me that my food is "almost out" or "2-5 minutes when it never gets done. I would've left a long time prior if they'd just been honest. They were clearly prioritizing the drive-thru, except I watched at least two people have to come in who were asked to park and whose orders got lost. This store ... read more
This place! Its always an adventure...constantly struggles with getting orders out and correct. Needs new management
I had an issue with my order and I was very disappointed. Wanted to give 1 star. I spoke to the shift manger (Nishi) and her professionalism is unmatched. She listened and corrected the issue promptly. Appreciate her and this location.
3rd time this they told me to pull up to the 2nd window and made me sit there over 30 mins. Management needs to be reviewed.
