Staff went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer.I ordered a Steak egg and cheese sandwich on a regular bun 🤤 I had ordered ice a splash of vanilla flavor,but it didn't show up willing to pay if needed ,but I didn't have too 🤗 Graditide 🫡
I should have read the reviews before going. I ordered through drive thru a fish filet meal. There was NO cheese (not sure why they only give you 1/2 on one of the most expensive sandwiches) or lettuce on it and the fries were lukewarm. I’m not sure what why this order was hard to get right???????
I've seen employee arguing with each other and customers. The attitude of the employees is ridiculous. Today I go inside to use the restroom and 2 employees went in before me. They took both stalls and sat there on their phones. After 5 minutes I went to place an order and as soon as I walked up the the register I witnessed an employee reaching in a bag and eating a handful of French fries....right in plain sight. I just walked out at that point....annnnd the employees were still in the bathroom!!!
