Horrible experience I had an emergency and needed to use the restroom when I went inside I was met with a locked door and needed a combination to enter. The line was very long and At that point I just gave up and went back out to my car and drove home almost having my bladder burst. OPEN UP YOUR RESTROOM’s to the public like any other fast food restaurant.
Had an extremely simple order and they forgot half of it, and expected me to drive all the way back with my receipt to get the rest of my food after I had already gotten home at that point it’s just not worth it. I would say maybe if the employees would stop talking in the kitchen and playing and started working we wouldn’t have this problem. I placed a mobile order and arrived 25 minutes before their advertised closing time of 12am. When I pulled into the driver through they said they closed at 11. The McDonald’s app and google both advised that they would be open until midnight.
