The morning manger always has an attitude when I come to get breakfast before I go to work. She has bad customer service and never says thank you.
I don't know what it is about McDonald's in Indianapolis, but this is the second one I have been to where the service was terrible. I waited for at least 5 minutes, if not more, for someone to come to the front counter. This is unacceptable. Then, when I was eating my meal, an older gentleman came in to pick up his coffee order and kept saying hello for several minutes at the counter to get someone's attention. He was with a cane and looked like a foot injury. What has happened to customer service?
