I order my food at 10:20AM and I don’t get through the drive thru line until 11:AM. I get to the window and the kid at the pay window says they are short staffed. I asked if there was a medical emergency or what the hold up was. I’m upset about my food taking 40 minutes to get but I’m angry about the fact that a fast food place is so short staffed that it’s taking forty minutes to serve people. Close the store and send employees to other locations (if they want) instead of working them harder than they need to be working.

I ordered food in drive thru and they never brought it out to me when they asked I wait. I went inside and they acted like they never had that order and everyone working was clueless of how to solve the issue. If you eat McDonalds, do not go to this one. Not my first bad experience there

I just got basically ditched out because of a review I left because I never said anything about the drink that I got was free and because my food was not fresh made when I ordered 40 nuggets and 2 fries mile and got charged separately for them instead of the combo that I asked for that is only 22.98 I believe and I was sitting in the lobby for a long time I was whating for my daughter to show up but as normal she did not but I was not using the fre wifi eather I was using my phones data not free wifi like I am being accessed... read more
