This place is ripping people off at the drive-through and they’re knowingly doing it and the manager is covering for them. They’re saying they don’t have receipts but when I walk in the building, people are putting out receipts to the other customers they overcharged on my order but when you give me a receipt, it was a different price and at the screen I ordered it on the drive-through when approached to the manager of course she did not have a name tag she wouldn’t give me a receipt on it. Consistently gets orders wrong. And the man at the 2nd window is always rude. He should not be front and center for customer service. Needs to be put on a grill.
We ordered a number 1 with large sweet tea and number nine with large sweet tea. When we got to the window they took the number one off. When we arrived at the window we explained and they added the number 1 and downgraded both meals to a small tea, we had already received a large sweet tea for my number nine but the employee took it and was acting extremely rude the entire time to us. I hope when I go back that man isn't there.
