I wish I could give these folks 5 stars but I just can't. The wait times for online orders is insane. Idk if they are ALWAYS understaffed but its never good going in to order food. They are very sweet and nice with the disgruntled patrons, but they are always behind in making to go orders. To order at the desk is even a task at times. Once I had to play charades with a young lady who didn't speak English just to get a grape jelly. I am usually only there in the mornings between 830-930 so im not sure about other times. This place is slow. Been here 20 minutes after being forced to order off of Kiosk. This is far from fast food!
