I ordered a mobile order 30 minutes before they closed and they refused to make my order even though it was paid for!
Just got scammed he didn’t give me my cone and he tried to argue with me a literal 15 year old
I waited for like 2 hours and never received my order. When I went to ask about it, the staff told me they couldn’t give me my food because I couldn’t remember everything I had ordered. I had ordered more than 10 items, and they never gave me a receipt. I even showed them my order on my phone and asked for a refund, but they refused. Extremely poor customer service. If you have the option to go somewhere else, do it. I do not recommend this place.
Crew understaffed, everything dirty, no reason to go here when 57th street McDonald's exists
