Josh was amazing at helping us find the right car for me. He was busy helping other people at the same time, but managed his time well. I've never been to McDonald Volvo before, so I was pleasantly surprised at how awesome the customer service is; everyone was extremely friendly. They also have a wide range of different cars to fit your price range. I would shop here again and I'm sure my parents will do the same! Thanks to everyone who helped us (:

Had to get a new car because my old Volvo S60 (purchased at McDonald in 2010) was totaled by weather. I have had my heart set on a new Volvo XC60 for about a year and I went to test drive one. After working with Will and Jeff I walked away with a brand new XC60 and I couldn't be happier. It was the easiest car buying experience I've had and I love my new car. McDonald took customer service to the next level and I will purchase all my cars through them!

Bought a preowned Subaru Outback here in January and the day after I purchased it, I noticed that the motor that moves the passenger sear forwards and backwards was broken and that the sunroof didn't work. I have been trying unsuccessfully to get resolution on this matter to no avail. The first person I spoke to told me I should let my extended warranty handle it. Unacceptable.
My elder parents went to McDonald Volvo to make a spare key for a Volvo S40. They worked with Ryan from parts who told them to wait for a hour and it would be ready after a fee hours they told them that they would have to come back the next day. The following day they called to say the key is ready, after there arrival Ryan stated they would need to wait another hour, so ended up leaving again.
