RecommendedMy husband and I just got our 21’ XC90 and we couldn’t be more excited and happy with our experience. The staff, Marion, Robert and Grady worked with us on every detail of the purchase and made sure my first buying experience would be great. They exceeded my expectations and made sure we were comfortable with everything including the financing. They’re great to work with and treated us extremely well.
This dealership messed up my financing 2x!. 1st they let me take the car and called me back and said they couldn't get the rates they promised! Even got into a argument with one of the finance manager with him yelling at me threatening to take my car but finally said they will take the check from my bank. I had my own financing with a lower APR and they some how screwed that one up with my bank. Now I'm looking at refinancing with higher APR and they want me to submit anothe… See more
Great dealership! Nice, friendly, helpful staff, nice waiting room and great service department. Though we live in New Mexico we came here to buy our Volvo and have brought it back here every year since for its annual service. Never had such a great experience with a car dealer before. We highly recommend MacDonald Volvo!
I would never deal with this dealership again. We purchased a 2019 Volvo from them back in May and we are going into December without a title to our car and every time we contact them they give us the run around and a new temp tag! We are I believe on our 4th temp tag because they sold a vehicle that they obviously didn’t own, we are about to seek legal assistance just to get our title to a car that we bought months ago!
Great Place to buy a car. Customer service is excellent.
