We just purchased our second Volvo from McDonald. We make the trip from Colorado Springs because McDonald's sales and service are superior. Ascencio was efficient, professional, knowledgeable and very patient explaining all the amazing features of my new car. I love it!

I had no intentions on purchasing a car but after meeting with Aucencio and test driving two vehicles I found a Volvo X60 that exceeded ALL of my expectations!!! Everyone who works there took care of me, and made sure that my car was in mint condition before I left the dealership. I am still amazed with the customer service they provided and just want to say thank you again!!! :)
Bought a car there. Next day had to replace battery The MANAGER wouldn't help or anything. The cashier and the sales person were a amazing. Manager wouldn't even pay for a new battery on a 1 day old car!!! Sad. $150 After spending thousands!! Thanks to the other people!!!

Good experience. We bought the car we wanted at - I think - a fair price. There was the usual effort to upsell unneeded, unwanted extras at the end of the process but they were not at all pushy when I made it clear I wasn't interested. Everyone was professional and friendly. I'd work with them again when the time comes to buy a new car. Aaron Hammons was an excellent salesman.
