Lawerence was extremely helpful and kind when I contacted Mcdonald Volvo about a Subaru that had recently been traded in. He made me feel completely comfortable when asking for information about the car and placing a deposit until I could make it down to Denver. I could not give a higher recommendation to Lawerence and Mcdonald Volvo for going up and above my expectations of what it would be like to buy a car from a dealership!
I came in to test drive pre owned vehicles. I was fortunate enough to have Joe Cimino by my side. He answered all of my questions. What he didn't know, he found out for me. I found an SUV I fell in love with. Joe made sure it happened. He went above and beyond. The office and finance departments were knowledgeable and very friendly. It was a great experience.
So disappointed in the purchase of my ‘new’ 2017 XC60 car. Dirty, tear in the back seat (they attempted to repair it, I would have done a better job with superglue)mechanical issues upon delivery of the car, lack of follow through. Not what I would expect from Volvo. Wow � Update 2/12 pleased that McDonald rectified the situation, replaced the seat, cleaned the carpets. Thank you!
Joe, Ray, Rob, and Grady were truly exceptional representatives of not only the brand, but also of the McDonald Automotive Group. They effectively created differentiation between the S90 and its competitors without devaluing the product; a difficult task. They were the final call in switching long-time BMW owners to a Volvo. We couldn't be happier.
If I could give zero stars I would. I went in Thursday to look at a car. I left my deposit planning to come in Saturday morning to look at it again. I got a call Friday night saying to put it off because we were still waiting for financing options. I got a voicemail Saturday saying no bank would finance it so I looked myself. I found a loan and called them Monday to tell them and THEY SOLD THE CAR. Even though they had my deposit!! This was so unprofessional I am LIVID! I will never go to this establishment again!
Absolutely the BEST customer service! I have done business with Lexus, Audi, Infiniti, and now Volvo and none compare to McDonald Volvo of Denver. First class service from the very beginning.
