Sometimes the waiting times can be frustrating but it says a lot about the volume of people that are seen and helped. Ms brewer and her nurses are excellent.
I have just 50 characters to write a review, and honestly is not enough. Please, If there is any website to put a complain I would really appreciate it. I'm not satisfied.
Medical service was great. Pharmacy wait time is ridiculous. Military do not have priority. Overcrowded at times because of wait time.
This facility has made tremendous improvement. I can truly say that the doctors and nurses are patient centered. I feel confident in saying that I know, when I'm here, I will be taken care of.

The health delivery system needs to be looked into. I thought this facility was patient centered as I was told I need to make additional appointments for referrals for other medical issues when I was already with my PCM. It makes no sense and time consuming for the patient. Furthermore, the pharmacy wait times is ridiculous. The "check the checker" system between the pharmacist and the tech seems to me that there are trust issues within the staff.
