The doctor refused to prescribe birth control and when I went to leave she grabbed my arm. When I reported her, the staff could have cared less. They cared more about what my husband was going to say about the situation.
I had a wonderful experience at the Womans health center with Mrs Dr. Smith. She was very kind and full of knowledge. I am happy that she is my new woman's care provider. I also had a great experience in the pediatrics department as well. Just an all around good facility.

NEVER in my life have I dealt with such unprofessional care ! As I'm siting here waiting for a call to tell me what the hell is wrong with my son it's only clearer to me that this clinic is a joke ! They do not care about your health and worries they treat you like another money making appointment . This is the reason why so many military families switch to standard care !
My father was stationed on Fort Eustis from 1968 to 1972. We are not from here so four Eustis is basically the only home I've known all my life. I am disappointed with their level of customer service. I really really am.
My husband and I have been trying to get our sons immunization records for a year. We have moved out of state and my son can't get his shots until we get his records. We've called and emailed several times and I called yet again today with someone finally answering. I got transferred and no one answered. An automated system said not to leave a voicemail because it is not maintained.
My son had a fantastic appointment in the Pediatric Clinic this morning!! The Q-flow was amazing to use. I checked in and my wait was very short! I just love Dr. Raymundo, Keya, France, and Peggy. Robin and Carla was just wonderful as well! The wait time at pharmacy was about 10 seconds�!! I couldn't have had a more pleasant visit!!!!!
I've had some issues in the past but they seem to be trying to make the clinic better. I love Dr. Ayala. Finally, I found a doctor that listens to me. I've been in extreme pain for the past four years, choosing not to be on pain meds and within a few months Dr. Ayala has helped me get pain manageable. I'm starting to feel more like myself now. Thank you Dr. Ayala!
