Trying to get appointments here for peds is crazy. I was told the soonest appointment for an annual is August 7th. This why I don't understand why tricare won't let dependents go out in town. Everytime I call for sick or well visits there are none for months or they tell me to take my kid to urgent care for sick calls.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Primeaux and her team at McDonald Army Health Center. The nurses got us in quickly and were professional, gentle, and compassionate throughout the visit. Dr. Primeaux took the time to perform a thorough examination, listened carefully to our concerns, and created a clear treatment plan. We appreciated the level of care and attention we received. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a primary care provider and hope their hard work gets recognized.

Staff harassing patients in the hallway for sitting outside lab in chair. “Safety hazard”….in a 10 ft wide hallway. But then 3 weeks ago they had tables and chairs setup for the women’s health symposium IN THE SAME HALLWAY taking up significantly more space. Doesn’t pass the common sense test. Another example of inconsistent policies and messaging, and serves nothing but to erode trust in Army medicine when Soldiers are being picked on by civilian support staff.
