Both of my little boys have been seen by Dr. Deveaux and her nurses since they were born and I couldn't imagine them being seen by anyone different! They are truly amazing and I am going to miss my boys being seen here! Thank you Dr. Deveaux for all you have done for my boys!
Great people very professional staff. I felt pretty confident on the quality of treatment and even had the option to go to 2 other medical facilities but McDonald was my best choice.
I went to the pharmacy. Wow, the improvements are fantastic. The new faces at the windows were very friendly and efficient. The new system for calling numbers seems simpler than the old one. I was in and out so fast I thought I had forgotten something!
I have several serious medical conditions. I have improved greatly with the assistance of the wonderful doctors and staff at internal medicine. I have a case worker assigned to me, she goes above and beyond. Can't ask for better care than at McDonald army hospital!
My wife had an appointment with the EFMP office at 1440 we had been sitting in the waiting room for 30 minute when I asked how much longer it would be and was asked who checked her in. Well I guess no one actually checked her in. So 15 more minutes pass before being called back. Then the person tried to tell my wife she may need to come back another day to discuss her medical issues. However my wife argued with her and did not have to come back.
