Had an excellent experience last week purchasing our first Subaru. Dean was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made the buying process easy and followed up shortly after the sale just to make sure everything was ok. Thanks Dean!
Will never buy from them again. They messed up the warranty work for my air bag replacement my dash isn't in correct and they busted a vent for my ac. Blamed the dash issue on my window placement even though it was replaced 2+ years ago and I could read the Vin number until they replaced the air bag.
My experiences with the service dept would make me think twice before purchasing another vehicle from mcdaniels. Update: My initial bad experience was ultimately resolved.
Just purchased our first Subaru from Cage. Couldn't have asked for a better experience from beginning to end. This place is awesome everyone was very personable and they couldn't do enough to help you. Even before we decided to buy there was never no pressure. I would check them out of considering purchasing a car and of course Subaru are the best.
The service here is awesome! The same veteran technician works on my crosstrek and knows Subarus inside and out. Vanessa is great and very competent - the whole gang has never been anything but helpful and nice.
