And to top it off I left the dealership to find that something between point A and B caused my airbag sensor to light up! So I had to take it back to deal with that....
I dropped my car off yesterday at noon for an oil change and to have a check engine light investigated. I get a call shortly after going over what they found and I authorized work to be done. Unfortunately there was a communication issue and I was not able to get my car back. I got a call from Ryan from the service department today and he was genuinely apologetic. Service Department is unresponsive, not helpful and will do anything NOT to cover any repairs under warranty by telling us there is nothing wrong with a new Outback that will not start consistently.
Bought my 2017 STI here. Great experience. Service is excellent every time I come in. They even took over maintenance on my old Impreza that I use as my daily driver. No problems. No hassle.
This is the worst service department every. I had my car serviced for an oil change was told that i had a minor leak ended up going to another car dealership just to get a second opinion it ended up being a major leak and 3300 dollars worth of damage. I called back to their dealership and asked for a refund for the oil change I was basically told I received a service even though the service was suppose to last me 10,000 miles and it lasted 58 miles. The worse experience I have ever had at an Auto Dealer in my life!!! This so called professional dealership has had my son's car in the service department since December 16, 2016, yes you are reading this right. 2 months!!!
