Everything about this place sucks. Bunch of ass holes
Service manager was a complete rude bastard. Made smart ass remarks and had an attitude the whole time I was talking to him in a calm manor even though he refused to work on my vehicle. He told me to take my car to another dealership even tho I have an extension on my warranty. Disrespectful and bad business.
Love this place. People are always so nice and never hassle or annoy you while your there. Like most car places. Lol. This place has great customer service.
Came in for my 60,000 mile service and was not happy with the price ($1000). Before arriving I knew what the vehicle needed (easy to find online). BUT they decided to add additional services to it that most mechanics think are useless! (myself included). The person at the counter could see I was not happy; maybe next time you should go get a manager. I am now traveling to another dealer for service and paying half that amount.
Great Fast Service with a friendly smile, NO Gimmicks. Definitely recommended for your Subaru service maintenance.
Great bunch working there! Beautiful new facilities! They are all very involved in the local community and couldn't be any happier with them!
