James Harper is great; sadly McDaniels auto group owns the dealership. Nothing good has been seen or experienced since their takeover and move to Killian road. Policies have shifted from customer friendly to predatory. Please Subaru revoke McDaniel’s franchise and find another owner.
Went to buy or lease a new Outback,they obviously didn't want to sale a car today. Never going back ill drive out of state to buy a car before I go back to them.
I just purchased my new WRX with them. My salesman Edgar Palucho was very helpful, knowledgeable about the car personable and polite. Thanks for the helping me Edgar. Love the new ride!
Was well worth the two hour drive! The only thing better than my new car was the experience that I had at the dealership, Jarret, Abel, and Ray were exceptional. I will be a returning customer.
This is my first ever facebook review, but I want to get the word out about the man who sold me my car. Lloyd was very personal and genuine, and I feel very blessed to have met him. My dad went into surgery a week after my purchase, not only did Lloyd pray with us, he went out of his way to check on dad and sent him a card that many employees signed. The car is wonderful, but the experience was the best part.
Great staff and they work in a timely fashion! They had me in and out for my first service!
