I had my whole HVAC system replaced about 2 yrs ago. McCullough stood out from all the quotations I had. From how they handle the work and financing etc, I was impressed. I was even more impressed after the installation with regular check *** and service. So when I had the aircon drainage clogged up and not cooling I called them to look into it. ******* the tech who came out was very good. He explained what was wrong and fixed it within minutes. The McCullough team did a thorough, meticulous and efficient job replacing our old HVAC system. They were on time with a helpful, positive attitude and easy to work with. I would strongly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Amazing **************** started with my initial call to schedule service, ******* the technician was personable, polite and knowledgeable. Turns out I need a new unit, and ***** has been more than helpful with prompt responses. I highly recommend McCullough.
**** was friendly, knowledgeable and explaining all the technical details, answered my questions, offered different options with pros and cons.My only concern was the appointment window was 9am to 5 pm. I waited for them the whole day and they come after 4:30 pm. I wish they could tighten the window to at least half a day.
McCullough was great from the first visit for a quote through installation. But what really put them far over the top was their quick response when my thermostat went offline the month after installation. There was a technician at my house less than an hour after I called. It's such a good feeling knowing they are a phone call away. Amazing customer service, I highly recommend them!
