I've had experience with several A/C & Heating companies in the ********** area that didn't meet the expectations I thought I should have experienced. But ********** Heating and A/C with the Georgetown location has met and exceeded my expectations. Very professional personnel and especially how they performed their tasks to complete the job I had presented to them. I will definitely reach out to ****** with the **********, ***** office when I have another HVAC project.

Fantastic service. The tech. that worked on my system (***) was very professional and explained everything. He presented different options and fixed our problem. Great technician. Showed up on time, worked very efficiently, and was very customer oriented

They did a great job of removing the old system and installing the new system in one 8-hour workday so that we had AC that night. Registering the system and providing the information the city required for the removal/installation was all handled by McCullough. The follow up Installation inspection did find an issue with a manufacturing defect of the outside condenser unit compressor that was quickly handled. My upstairs 12-year old ****** system was not cooling well, and I was told I have a coil leak. I got three bids for top-of-the-line variable-speed systems (one Lennox and two Carrier) from locally-owned but large companies that I expect will still be in business in 10 years. McCullough was one of two of the bidders that determined our upstairs ductwork was undersized -- we upgraded from a two-ton system to a two-stage 3-ton system in 2011 and that work included a new return but no other ducts were replaced, resulting in a sy... read more

Great experience and excellent customer service. **** was very responsive prior to our installation. We had three crews come out and install everything in one day. Everyone was professional and friendly. Follow up with quality check was very thorough, too.

I was charged $495 for a single part for my AC unit but I found out later that the part could have been bought online for around $50. McCullough Heating & Air Conditioning ripped me off. I requested a refund but never heard back from them.

My recent experience with McCullough has been a mixed bag. On the positive side, I encountered some dedicated individuals in the team who worked diligently to install and later resolve issues with my HVAC system. **** was efficient and friendly. The unit at our property was not working on cooling the house and they were able to come the same day to repair it. This was during the extreme heat we been having in ******. They will be my repair company for my property!
