Came in for a small leak and turned out to be radiator. Air freight overnight and 8 hours later, on the road. The techs and service personnel went beyond the call. Great work

Four stars because there is always room for improvement. First off the service writers were the best every single one of them, Leah, Jason, Lyle,Arron, and the funny guy with the headset sticking out the side of his head. Bad part is we were stuck in Portland for 8 days. :-( The service writers tried their best but it was the people in the back that delayed us... The wrong tank was ordered and it added at least 2 days..... The work done was good and we would stop there again if for nothing else to say 'Hi"...... I do need to... read more

As a full time RVer, getting in and out for service is very important (not that truck service isn't) so I was appreciative that they worked with me to get the coach in and out on the same day. I still had to wait several days for the service but at least I did not have to leave my home for all that time.

Worst place you can take ur truck to. Every time I take my truck in for service, comes out and drive for like 100 miles check engin light comes on... so have to take it back and they change something which cost me atleast 1500. Happend to me few times already and I still have check engin light on but scared to take it to this "money making place". And customer service? Lol what the F is that? They don't give a shit abt anyone. All they care abt is your money

I went in for a full service, and ended up broke down a few hrs later. The ineptitude of the mechanics here is staggering. Something as simple as a fuel filter change was done wrong, and caused my truck to break down shortly after leaving. I brought my concerns up to the shop before leaving and was told it was simply air in the fuel lines. I had to have another mechanic come out to me and replace the filter again. This cost me half a day of income, as well as the cost of the call out. I highly recommend everyone stay away fr... read more
