called here to buy my first truck. Have to say, the service was excellent. I called about a month in advance. Brad McCoy not only found the EXACT truck I was looking for, he also found the perfect trailer. It took a few weeks and a little footwork to get the financing that I would accept, but they really pulled through. They even had to change the harness wiring and move the fifth wheel to accommodate the trailer! Everyone went out of their way to make this experience an awesome one. I cannot thank them enough.
I just got truck back after 2 months left next morning from ta check engine light came on went back fixed that got to Jared my axel was about off could have killed me or someone else the Lord was with me how would you feel

I do not recommend or trust this service department. I took a 1994 FLD 120 in for an annual DOT and to have the engine parameters changed. They did not remove the idle shut down timer per my request or remove the cruise control governor. Plus I knew i had 2 bad slack adjusters and told the service writer i needed them changed. These were not serviced. They were not even adjusted! I had my wife stand on the brake pedal in their lot and i spun the drop axle tire after they charged me for a complete service and inspection. Was in to get my drip Axel to work, wouldn't stay down. In shop for 5 hrs to get fixed. Went to use next morning and Axel came right back up and wouldn't go down. Now truck is in a different shop tomorrow to get fix again.
Everytime I go here is get screwed and truck doesn't get fixed, if their computer doesn't tell them what the problem is they have no clue, they make shit up. Wish they would listen to driver, they may have retained my business. Common sense, huh not so common any more.
