I was pleased to have my truck back on the road again, but sadly had to take it back in the same week for a whole other different issue, Towed it all the way from California to Oregon. There was a overcharge from their last service, from what they quoted and that I signed and agreed to. Service excellence and reliability
I've taken my truck in here before, was very pleased with the service and professionalism of the people here, that is why I am back, cuz I know they will handle the problem correctly!
I wouldn’t tell anyone to go here. They tell you one thing and do just the opposite.
We broke down at an inconvenient time in a very inconvenient place but it was no problem for McCoy Freightliner to come and have us towed, pick us up and get us repaired quickly. I wish everyone was as good, helpful, efficient and friendly as McCoy Freightliner. We highly recommend this place.
spent over $8000 to fix something simple they also (I'm my opinion ) cracked my radiator that was another $4500 and 5 days. they replace dirty parts not fixing anything. fyi check engine light still on same 3active coads on I think your vary dishonest and I'm vary disappointed I know you will take this down asap
I drive a 2016 kamworth dump truck... Have had several bad experience with the service department. Just going to write about the latest service..... took my truck in because the rubber strap that's inside a metal strap broke ( it goes around the fuel tank) we were told a hour or so to fix it. after 5.50 hours it was done. the bill was 375.00 put 2 new rubber straps on and fix Visor clip ( that I Provided them) they only did the visor clip that I shouldn't have been charged for because they broke it on a Previous serive.
