You guys couldn't plan and organize a farewell speech for the president. No communication. Lies from staff members. Complete disorganization. No one knew what was going on. Jesus Christ. Get it together.

Stood in line from 6am until 9. Told by Mccormick Place security that all Obama ticketes were gone. BIG LIE! MCCORMICK Place security sent thousands home standing in line tickets were available. Bad management for an institution serving a World Class city. FIRE THE SECURITY COMPANY!

This morning was so frustrating and disorganized. I was inside the convention center at exactly 6 AM because all the sites said no lines would be allowed to form until then. At 8:30 more than a thousand of us were told to leave because tickets were gone. A friend of mine arrived at 6:20 and was in a different line and received a ticket. It's a beautiful place and very spacious to occupy thousands of people. I'm attending the 70th Midwest Clinic for International Band and Orchestra Conference from Lagos, Nigeria.

Great staff, highly flexible with regard to service and scheduling. Just spent 12 nights, will be happy to return again.

Beautiful convention hall and very spacious inside, but as others point out, the restrooms are nearly in the disgusting side. Frequently run out of paper towels and there are several leaky faucets. I always take the red line or run there so I have no comment about parking. During a big show like RSNA there is so much traffic in the front of the convention center it is utter chaos. I just run past it all so no big deal for me.... Those poor people with cars....
