I arrived at 6:00 am and by 8:45 am we were told their were no more tickets. Which turned out to be a lie. People who arrived at 9:30/10 received tickets. Also it was said no lining up before 6 am but thousands were in line inside the building well before 6:00 am. It was very hard to find out information. The event was completely unorganized.

I'm from Indiana. I arrived at 5:50am. Park in the garage and lined up inside the building. Later we walked across the cat walk, down the escalator where the line merged with those who had been standing outside. I NEVER STOOD OUTSIDE!!! AMEN! The line was moving fast once it got started. They had people sitting in the ballroom and at 8:01 people were walking out with tickets. I received mine around 9:10. I thought it was well coordinated.

The facility was warm and clean. The staff members were courteous and considerate. Yet, more assistance would be greatly appreciated, for people with disabilities. Thank you.

Waited unsuccessfully since 630am to get Obama Farewell tix at a poorly organized, poorly communicated process at McCormick Place. So disappointed I'm going to miss this historic event

The end of my line was behind the hotel. Got in line at 6am. By the time the line moved to King Dr we were told twice that there were no more tickets but no one in my area left. We stayed the course and finally got in at 10 and received tickets!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My mother and I were so excited to hear President Obama speak. We followed all of the directions given to receive tickets. We arrived at 6 am, paid $20 to park, stood in line for almost 3 hours and did not receive tickets. We were inside, never waiting outside and someone from security walked through the crowd and told everyone to go home because there were no more tickets. They then escorted people towards the door. Later I found out that people that arrived much later than us rec... read more

Horribly unorganized for something that they knew was going to be a huge draw...The ticket distribution for President Obama. No rope lines or any staff telling people what was going on. Finally after waiting in line for 3 hours in 4 degree temps someone came out and said tickets were gone. Later I heard that more tickets were actually released.
