We have purchased two cars at McCarthy's and got a great deal on both. Especially appreciated having CarFax reports for each of them. They are both still running great. I won't buy a new car again. I go here first from now on.
Overall the experience was not good. 2 days after purchasing my vehicle, the traction control light came on and my Vehicle hasn't drove the same since. Worst part was, they sold me a GM vehicle that had a recalled ignition key. I was told it was up to date before I purchased the vehicle. However, after the traction control issue, I put my vin number into the system to check and make sure. It was never fixed. So, they lied to me and sold me a vehicle that had a recall that has already killed people.
A great experience. Marcus was very helpful in helping my wife and I out of a tight fix. Both of our cars died within twelve hours of each other. The team at McCarthy's was extremely easy to deal with and I have highly recommended them to co-workers and friends.
