They did fix my problem but they turned my car over to me in very dirty condition. It’s a corvette and it had bird dropping’s all over it and all my gas was drained out of it. In addition to the cost of the repair I lost $50 worth of gas and needed to wash and detail my car. I felt I had no consideration of my needs concerning the care of my car. I want to return but need some concessions for my frustration.
My husband drives a Tesla, but happened to be using my 2015 Tahoe a couple of weeks back to transport some larger items to work. While he had the truck, the "change engine oil soon" light came on, so he took it to McCarthy Chevrolet of Lee's Summit to have the oil changed. Two weeks later (this morning), I notice a giant oil spot in my driveway. Nice. Worst dealer I’ve ever bought a car from they played the old bait and switch with me sales man told me I’d be getting the deal I wanted but on paper it wasn’t so there sales manager Kevin wouldn’t help me out after the deal was done to make things right the hole time I was up there the guy acted like he wanted to fight me more then work things out I told them to take the 4000$ in extended warranty’s they put on my loan off and 3 months later have still yet to receive a credit every time I call to speak to Ryan in finance to ... read more
McCarthy has been a great experience for me and my family. Within the last year and a half we’ve bought 3 cars from them with not one bad experience. I will FOREVER buy my cars from here🙌🏻 Charlie is so amazing and helped me every step of the way when buying my first car all by myself yesterday!!
